First off, I’d like to thank my cousin Dennis and his wife Karen from Dallas, TX, who did the program themselves, and inspired me to get in shape.
I officially finished my last day of P90x today. FIIINNNAAALLLLYYYYY!!!! I spent a little longer than 90 days on the program, doing an extra week and a few extra workouts here and there, but I got through it in full. I even did a more difficult workout week as my last week, instead of an easy one, to push myself a little more. I didn’t quite follow the diet program, which probably could’ve helped me lose more weight, but I was more conscious of what I ate throughout the program. Honestly, I haven’t been in this kind of shape since graduating high school. There’s not much else to say other than I’m glad I put myself through it. I never took any before pictures (which I regret not doing now), but for comparison’s sake I grabbed a picture my friend Craig snapped of me this past summer at Melvin and Lizzy’s wedding.

Official weight lost: 25 lbs.

Congrats, cuz! You should’ve done the same “after” pose you did a couple months ago. That was classic.
